Customer Success Agent is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  3. Analyze and report product malfunctions.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  5. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  1. Active English proficiency.
  2. Min Diploma in any field (IT field is a plus).
  3. Have a set of customer-oriented skills, good communication skills, confidence, friendly, good in negotiation.
  4. Having knowledge in the domain, hosting, blog, and website will be valued.
