This role's objective is to help our employees, called Hoster Rangers, be aware, understand, and manifest Niagahoster culture in every critical facet of their work. We’re looking for a creative and driven person who can amplify our culture by representing our employees. The role requires the highest standard of creativity to articulate company culture. Responsibilities:

  • Create new company values and cultures which is representative and competitive to support business performance and strategies;
  • Devise & implement strategic initiatives for culture internalization;
  • Develop an effective culture campaign program;
  • Ensure a unified company culture manifestation across all teams;
  • Coordinates culture training & workshops sessions;
  • Collaborate with Employee Engagement Specialist to plans and manage companywide events;
  • Finding new and creative ways to reach our employees with the necessary approach in term of culture expansion;
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver the best employee experience.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with people operations in the area of Change Management, Organization Development, Performance Management, Talent management, and Culture;
  • Has an excellent conceptual/abstract thinking and analytical thinking;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Fluent English skill is mandatory;
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
  • Enthusiastic, positive, friendly;
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Passionate for creating engaging work environments.
