Niagahoster is a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. One of its parts, the Acquisition Team, is looking for an SEO Specialist. This role is responsible for defining the overall SEO strategy and performing ongoing keyword research, including discovering and expanding keyword opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement SEO strategies to grow our marketing channel and identify opportunities;
  • Perform vigorous analysis of our user & traffic data to find new insight to improve our traffic;
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization;
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links as well with the current trends;
  • Work with the product team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code;
  • Work with the content team and scale up our content marketing effort;
  • Drive SEO in content creation and content programming;
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.;
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.

Requirements:

  • Have min 2 - 3 years of working experience in On-Page & Off-Page SEO and know what channels are important for our type of business;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools and understand how to use insights to improve user experience and optimize pages for search engines. Tools would be: Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Ahrefs;
  • Able to translate keywords research into actionable content idea/suggestion for content writer team;
  • Solid understanding of HTML, Structured Data Markup, Hreflang, and Javascript;
  • Strong technical SEO, advanced link building technique, and experiences on outreach practice for content partnership;
  • A team player with a strong interpersonal ability to collaborate with the project manager/other teams.
