We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our employee. You will diagnose and troubleshoot networking, software, and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues, and can explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you!

Your Success Day:

  • Research and identify solutions to networking, software and hardware issues and providing IT assistance across the office;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting;
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

What we expect:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments;
  • Able to use some computer software such as LDAP, Unifi, VirtualBox, Zoiper / Issabel / Elastix. Knowing about Ansible will be valued;
  • Must always be updated about recent IT technologies;
